Your search results are listed in order of users who match your search criteria exactly to users who match a few of your criteria specifications (followed by all remaining users on the site). This allows you to consider an user you wouldn’t normally connect with increasing your chances of meeting a potential partner. Please note, if your search criteria is too specific, you are likely to have less exact matches. Keeping your search criteria as broad as possible allows you to connect with more users you may get along with.

All profiles must be manually approved by our team. Your profile will say AWAITING APPROVAL whilst this is being done. During this time your photos will be blurred and not visible to others.

All users take a Selfie Verification photo when signing up. This photo is used in conjunction with their profile photos to confirm their identity. This is just one part of the numerous techniques and systems we employ to ensure the legitimacy of our users.

Your Selfie verification pictures are never public.

If you suspect that a user is impersonating someone else, please report them to us and we will investigate further.

There are 3 main reasons why you profile has been rejected:

• 1) Unclear or inappropriate pictures – we need clear pictures, showing you ‘in your best light’, this means a variety of pictures not just selfies and in different settings (not just at parties).
• 2) Your Bio or written prompts need more depth – this is really important for users to be able to connect with you. You only get one shot at a first impression, so we want to make sure it’s the best possible one
• 3) Some information on your profile doesn’t match your ID so we need to verify this before approving your profile.

When you see a profile you like the sound of, click on 'show interest'. The user will automatically receive a notification and can view your profile. If they also click on 'show interest' you will be able to message each other via the secure chat function.
