The concept for YourLavaan was created in March 2020 when Gurdwareh were no longer able to provide a matrimonial service due to lockdown. Harpreet Kaur and her husband Jagjeet Singh began the process of digitising this service to ensure Sikhs could continue their search for a life partner safely. By connecting sangat nationally, Sikhs now have a way to meet a potential life partner. Harpreet and Jagjeet designed a platform to cater to the busy lives of Sikhs whilst respecting their religious beliefs. YourLavaan is a Sikh matrimonial platform for Sikhs seeking serious relationships and is inclusive to all Sikhs no matter what stage of their spirituality they are at.
