The concept for YourLavaan.com was created in March 2020 when Gurdwareh were no longer able to provide a matrimonial service due to lockdown. Harpreet Kaur and her husband Jagjeet Singh, began the process of digitising this service to ensure Sikhs could continue their search for a life partner safely. By connecting sangat nationally, Sikhs now have a higher chance of meeting their perfect partner. Harpreet and Jagjeet designed a platform to cater to the busy lives of Sikhs whilst respecting their religious beliefs.
